How to request your desk copy?
A desk copy is the required book(s) for the course you are teaching
IMPORTANT: Given our current circumstances, some publishers are only providing e-books. They have not clarified when they will resume providing hard copies of their books. Most publishers are shipping books to your preferred shipping address.
Even though books may be requested at your leisure, we recommend you request your desk copy as soon as possible.
A few things to keep in mind when requesting desk copies:
- Each publisher has a specific method on how to request desk copies, please refer to the by-publisher instructions below.
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for each desk copy to arrive.
- Some publishers will only provide one desk copy per section taught, if you lose your desk copy, you may have to purchase the next one.
- Should your assigned course get canceled, or should you withdraw, the SSW will provide you with a shipping label to return the book to the school. We appreciate your cooperation in this process.
